Baylor University's Parking and Transportation team needed to adjust to the growing demands of on-campus parking. Even with a solid team of experienced parking professionals, the Baylor parking team was limited with just 8 parking staff to cover the enforcement and permitting for 11,000 spaces. Parking Director Matt Penney knew he had to make a change. Meet the dynamic parking family at Baylor University who found creative ways to solve their parking challenges.
