Synergize 2018 will be held at the Sheraton Austin Hotel At The Capitol in Austin, TX.
The Synergize User Summit is open to all NuPark customers and users. Synergize inspires industry professionals at all levels and from all parking sectors (higher ed, municipal, commercial, operator, etc.) to lead the discussion and sharing of ideas.
Expect to be actively participating in the discussions at Synergize. Synergize is dedicated to discussions led by our user community, so bring your ideas and be ready to share them in order to get the most out of the user summit. Specific information and tips about the conference will be emailed to attendees who register for Synergize, so rest assured you will be fully informed about the schedule and activities.

Yes. Synergize will be held at the same location as the host hotel. All activities, including evening events, will be within walking distance.
No, you are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The hotel provides this list of transportation options and a full list of options is available from the Austin Visitor Center.

Business casual attire. The average Austin temperature high will be 80 degrees and low of 59 degrees in October. The evening events will be casual attire.
There will not be any live-streaming or recording of Synergize as the summit is intended to engage attendees at the time of the sessions.
In our continued effort to have a green conference and to provide up-to-date information, we will have a mobile conference app so stay tuned for further details.
Meals will be provided to the group throughout the conference. The Sheraton hotel also serves a full breakfast buffet and a grab and go food station at your own cost.

Yes, the registration system allows for a user to register multiple attendees. You will be asked to specify years in the industry, role, dietary requests, a short bio for the event app and basic contact information for each attendee.
While we encourage attendees to participate in the full two-day conference in order to take advantage of the full education and training that Synergize has to offer, we do offer one-day passes for $285/day.
Synergize is dedicated to shoptalk and the customer community only. Guests are allowed to participate in the evening activities on Monday, October 15, for an additional $125 guest evening event cost.
Discounts are not offered for additional staff attending the conference.
Requests for cancellations can be made no later than September 15, 2018. The registration fee (minus a $100 administrative fee) will be refunded if cancellation is postmarked before September 15, 2018. Cancellations received after September 15, 2018, are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable; however, you may transfer a registration to another eligible attendee. Email Jason Hisaw with questions.
